Recently renovated studio apartment located next to southwestern house in the historical Mantey Heights subdivision. Very secluded and private while still being in the heart of Grand Junction.

Apartment is contemporary styled with all new LED lights and high end kitchen features. Queen sized memory foam platform bed with living area love seat that can also fold out for another full bed. Sleeps 2.

Kitchen has all brand new LG appliances with full range and oven, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal Two ceiling fans, air-conditioning and porcelain tile floors make this a great location for the summer time. Wood stove in living area along with radiant heated floors makes this a great property for winter visits. Bathroom has large walk-in shower and washer and dryer.

Pet friendly with access to shared backyard fenced in area for your pets (additional pet fee will apply).

TOWELS & LINENS: Bungalow does not offer daily cleaning services. All towels and linens are provided for your stay.

PARKING: Bungalow allows two vehicles to be parked on premise. Please park either next to apartment door or around back along side of garage. Do not block driveway so that other vehicles can't get into back area. Do not park on the street.

CLEANING FEE: One time cleaning fee applies to each reservation. This cleaning fee is for standard cleaning and linens. Cleaning service will charge a fee for excessive cleaning required and if charged, this fee will be the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.

NON-SMOKING UNIT: This is a non-smoking unit. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking in the unit. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $250 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors.

Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors. We want everyone to have a good time, but not at the expense of the cleaning company, property owner or our next guest's comfort in arriving to a clean unit. Appreciate your understanding.

PET FRIENDLY: Our bungalow is pet friendly. There will be an additional charge of $10 per pet per night added to your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel 60 days or more prior to check-in date will get back 85% of the amount they paid.

Travelers who cancel within 60 days of arrival will not get a refund.

Only shares wall with outside of main garage and back door opens to an atrium to shared backyard so very secluded and private. Parking is off of side driveway and not on the street. This is a great rental in Grand Junction, CO! Perfect for 1-3 people; very clean and nicely decorated. Quality features down to the details such as private entrance, well-stocked kitchen, ceiling fans, patio, big walk-in shower, full washer/dryer, extra towels and blankets, city views. The owner is very attentive with any questions we had, including local hiking and restaurant recommendations. We had an excellent experience staying here, and highly recommend.
