Description: - Ski-in condo was updated in 2008 and has a full kitchen, full bath, new queen size bed, queen sofa sleeper, and dining table.
Condo is ski-in off the 4 o'clock ski run or accessible via the green route on the shuttle. In the morning, you can either take the shuttle to the slopes (once again, green route - same side of street goes to Peak 8, cross the street to go to Peak 9) located in the front of the building. For evenings, you can't get any closer to downtown. Cross the bridge and you're there.
This is also an excellent summer location. Located right on the Blue River and just steps from the Riverwalk Center, Breckenridge's center stage for summer events and activities.
Condo also has internet access.
Location Info: - Located central downtown Breckenridge, right across the street from the 4 O'clock ski run for ski-in access. Cross the bridge over the Blue River and you're on Main Street. You can't get any closer than this.

Condo allows one vehicle to be parked on premise. Please ensure that you have a parking pass on your rear view mirror. You will receive a parking pass with your keys at check in.
One time cleaning fee of $60 applies to each reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date.
