    Ski In, Shuttle Out Vacation Condo in Premier Downtown Location - 1/2 Block from Main Street. Large 1 Bedroom / 1 Bath (over 810 sq ft). Sleeps 6. Condo has two queen size beds in the large bedroom and a trundle bed (two twins) in the living area.

    Located at the base of the 4 o'clock ski run, with ski in access to within steps of your front door. Unit is located two blocks from Peak 9. Shuttles run every fifteen minutes and are located directly in front of the condo, with access to both Peak 8 and Peak 9 bases.

    View from condo overlooks the Blue River and the backside of Main Street. Bridges provide access to central downtown shops, dining, and entertainment, just steps away from your vacation condo.

    Condo is managed totally by the owner and used as a weekend get-away. Well furnished and very "homey." Lots of extras, including satellite TV, a video library and unique decor by local Colorado artist.

    Condo has an excellent location. You're ski-in via the 4 O'clock ski run which comes out right on Park Avenue. You're also just 1/2 block from central Main Street, offering easy access to Breck's shops and restaurants.

    Skiing: Your Breckenridge ski pass is also good at Keystone (try night skiing!) and Arapahoe Basin. In addition, Copper Mountain, Vail, and Beaver Creek are all within 1 hour of Breckenridge, giving you the choice of 6 different major ski areas.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Cancellations are accepted 60 days or more prior to arrival. A 15% cancellation penalty will apply. Cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be provided for cancellation requests within 60 days of the check-in date. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance to help protect you from unplanned events before and during travel. Travel insurance is available at check out as an optional service.
